How much will Infertility (Reproductive) Evaluation & Treatments cost? This answer depends on the specifics of your case, what evaluation and treatments are needed and if you have medical insurance with Infertility coverage. If you do not know if your medical insurance has Infertility coverage, call and we can assist you in determining your insurance benefits.

Hours:
New Patient Consultation are made during regular hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm. Because of the nature of fertility care, Hope IVF & Fertility Center is open as needed 365 days a year, for example, an Ultrasound, IUI, or Egg Retrieval may need to occur on a weekend or holiday.

Hope IVF & Fertility Center is a team dedicated to helping you overcome your reproductive difficulties. The team consists of clinical personnel (physicians, physician assistants, and clinical coordinators), laboratory staff (doctorate, embryologists, andrologists) & front office professionals. We will do our best to support & help you have a safe & successful journey to parenthood.

Douglas T. Carrell, Ph.D., HCLD is the IVF & Andrology lab director of Hope IVF & Fertility Center. Professor Carrell is the IVF & Andrology lab director of the Center for Reproductive Medicine, University of Utah and Minneapolis. He has directed these successful programs for over a decade. He is the author of over 100 peer reviewed research articles & several books including editor of "Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility: Integrating Modern Clinical and Laboratory Practice" published in 2010, "The Genetics of Male Infertility" published in 2007, and "Biennial Review of Infertility" published in 2009 & 2011. Dr. Carrell is also a former Associate Editor of Fertility and Sterility, our field’s most prominent American journal.
